Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts for 60 days from the date of purchase. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns: To be eligible for a return, we strongly encourage you to visit our Tips page and watch the video tutorials. Please watch the instructional video to see if there are any adjustments you can make to your trap. Many times, issues with the trap not working as specified can be remedied by following the proper guidance.

Please email customersupport@bestbeebrothers.com to state your preference to return the trap.

You will be responsible for the shipping fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds: If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please send us an email at customersupport@bestbeebrothers.com and send your item to:
